ALERT provides all the functionality you need including Reservations, Dispatching, Invoicing and Management Reports.

Reservations

The Reservation interface is a clean, simple and easy to follow screen that focuses on the key information you will need to manage your clients booking details. A bank of buttons at the top of your screen will take you quickly and efficiently to the part of the reservation process that you need to get to. Whether a one-way or round-trip reservation, you have immediate access to the key details for this passenger.......

Dispatching

Once the reservation details have been saved to your database, the Dispatching screens allow you to create driver & vehicle "units" and then assign work. Each available unit appears at the extreme left column of the dispatch screen, while the individual work assignments allocated to those units appear horizontally across the screen. At a glance, you can determine how many assignments have been awarded to each driver / vehicle team.



The versatility of the ALERT system provides for alternate ways to view your daily work flow. The view below spreads out work assignments according to the time of day. This is useful when predicting capacity and whether you have availability at a specific time of day:

Accounting and Reporting

A good system allows you to enter information and then manage your reservations, drivers and vehicles. A GREAT system will also provide you with comprehensive reporting and the kinds of data that will assist you in making important decisions about how to best grow and manage your business.
